Not every person is the same and not everyone can work on the same programs. This is why I review each part of a persons day and see the ways that they can implement a proper program to help them introduce better and healthier ways to eat and work out and accomplish more than they have ever thought possible. Not because of me but because of their focus and drive to make the change, I only give someone the knowledge and they make the rest happen.
